Stretch A String Outfitter offers East Texas Hog hunts at affordable prices.
We will also offer Deer Hunting for the 2012-2013 season, just contact us for details.

We are located in Cherokee County (TX) between Tyler and Jacksonville, Texas.

Our ranch is a 3000 ac. paradise, that is prime habitat for hogs and deer.
The ranch dates back to the turn of the century and was never publicly hunted
since its purchase by the original owner in 1923.

The scenic views of the valley below the ranch house to the meadows to  hills is truly remarkable.
The abundance of year around water is supplied from natural springs from various
locations on the ranch. These springs also feed the many fishing holes, that have a variety of fish,
located on the property. The clarity of the water in the streams is just amazing.

This place will make you feel like you have stepped back in time.

Lodging...
We have a couple different houses to stay at on the ranch.
Depending on your needs, you and your group could stay at
the houses that over looks a small lake with a fishing pier or
the camp house that will accommodate up to 10 people.
Call us to discuss the details in lodging!

Airfield...
Our airfield is 3000' airfield that you may use to fly into the ranch if you desire.
Just let us know in advance.
 

ABOUT THE HOGS.....

This place is loaded with them!
We have been seen hogs in the middle of the day because
there is little hunting pressure.

These hogs have created wallows 2' deep and 12' in diameter!
These wallows look like they were made by Elk.

No doubt that we have an abundance of hogs on our place!

95% of our guests that have hunted
with us have seen hogs close enough to shoot,
many of them have made shots on hogs
and several hogs have been killed.

Although there is no guarantee in the hunting world, we will do our part to
make sure you have a good time with us and try our best to
get you on a hog or two.
